“Since 2000, our family has woven one belief into every thread: that the finest things are made slowly, and made well.”

Kashif Polani founded Polani Industries in 2000 with a simple conviction: a towel is only as good as the care taken at every stage of its making. So every stage stayed with us — warping, sizing, weaving, dyeing, stitching and inspection, all within our own walls in SITE, Karachi.
Twenty-six years on, the house is still family-led and owner-supervised. That closeness is what lets us understand each customer's standard — and is why so many of our relationships have lasted for years.
The standards the founder set in 2000, still held by every person on the loom floor today.
Every piece is inspected by hand before it leaves the maison. We would rather take a day longer than send a towel we would not keep ourselves.
From the first thread to the final fold, every stage stays in our own house, under the owners’ own eye.
Towels that hold their weight and softness wash after wash — and partnerships that last as long.
Our own gas generators and solar energy power the looms, and one in five of the hands that make our towels belong to women.
Buyers are welcome to see the looms, meet the team and approve samples in person. Tell us when you plan to be in Karachi.
